New Partnerships Forged with “Bible Illuminated: The Book, New Testament”

Illuminated World announced its partnership with the American Bible Society today. The English edition of Bible Illuminated:The Book will use the Good News Translation (GNT), provided by the ABS. The GNT is an accessible translation of the Bible aimed at readers who may be new to the Bible, using more contemporary English and common phrasings. The group and ABS is working closely together on final approval of the book design and photographs.
The group also has hired New York-based Midpoint Trade Books to handle sales, warehousing and distribution of the English edition of “Bible Illuminated: The Book, New Testament.” Midpoint Trade is a 22-year old company that moves with agility and speed unrivaled by any other company in the book distribution business.
“We are thrilled to have both of these reputable organizations on board,” said Dag Soderberg, founder of the project. “Our team is confident that the strong support of partners such as ABS and Midpoint will help ensure a successful launch in North America.”
